IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON PACKAGES:

Your package rate is per person, double occupancy (if you are interested in a solo trip, please note that there is a $1,500 single occupancy surcharge), and includes three meals a day including snacks and beverages. You are welcome to pick up alcoholic beverages in town. Our cook will meet with you and discuss any dietary requirements you may have. All rooms have private en suite baths, spa robes, quality beds, luxury linens, black out blinds, and tasteful decor. We will even do a load of laundry for you! Just put your laundry in one of the provided bags (in your closet) and set it out for housekeeping to collect in the morning and it will be ready for you the same evening. We do our best to accommodate room requests, but we do not guarantee availability. We offer free access to WiFi; there is also satellite TV in the great room and NetFlix.

We provide all of your gear, rain gear, waders, etc., any fishing licenses and fish stamps you might need.  We also include use of our loaner rods and reels, boots, rain gear, buckets, shovels, whatever is needed for your Alaska activity plus Auntie Dorothy will answer unending questions and book you on the very best of adventures, fishing and activities. We have maps, directions, and information on everything to do. We strongly recommend renting a vehicle in Anchorage and driving down to the lodge. You will be driving to your daily excursions. Also, you will want the freedom to sightsee, whether it’s spending a little time exploring in Homer after your halibut trip or heading to town for a bit if you limit early.

We filet and commercially vacuum pack your fish before putting it in our freezers.  When your stay is over we pack it into ~48lb insulated boxes for you to check-in as luggage on your return flight.  We include up to two boxes per person, which is usually just the right amount.  Call us to customize your package!  Be sure to check out what others have had to say about their stay with us on our Testimonials page.

Check in is 3pm, but if you’d like dinner be here by 5! Appetizers are at 5pm and dinner 5:30pm. We provide meals every day except one evening you’ll have the opportunity eat out so we can give our cook a night off. Check out is 11am.

You may wish to have gear or your favorite wines shipped ahead of you. We will put your items aside deliver them to your room prior to check in. We suggest you use FedEx or UPS. We cannot accept USPS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no refunds and trip insurance is strongly recommended.  If you cancel prior to January 1, 50% of the amount you have paid may be credited towards a future trip.   No trip credit is available for any trips booked with dates in July, regardless of date of cancellation.  Trip credit is for use during the same or following year.

Failure to pay on time constitutes cancellation by the guest and is subject to the cancellation policy above.
