LODGE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Crooked Creek Outfitters cares deeply about the safety of our guests and we are committed to compliance with the regulations that sustain our environment.  We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly Alaskan lodge experience. These Lodge Policy/House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our guest, by making payments on this invoice, you are agreeing to abide by all our Lodge Policy/House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures, which may change from time to time.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel prior to January 1, we will refund to you 75% of the amount you have paid, or 100% can be used as a future trip credit**.  If you cancel January 1 – March 31, no refund will be issued, but 75% of the amount you have paid can be used as future trip credit.   If you cancel April 1 or later, no refund will be issued, but 50% of the amount paid can be used as future trip credit.  No refund or trip credit available for any trips booked with dates in July.  Trip credit is for use during the same or following year. Rates and availability are not guaranteed.

We recommend all our guests obtain travel insurance.

 

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

We reserve the right to cancel and/or substitute daily fishing trips without prior notice based on availability due to circumstances beyond our control such as: weather, fish & game regulation changes and water conditions.

 

SMOKING AND DRUG POLICY:

We do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling products inside the lodge. No smoking within 25 feet of doors and or open windows.  Smoking in lodge vehicles and on or in lodge boats is prohibited at all times.  Marijuana is prohibited at all times.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

Crooked Creek Outfitters reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s).  Crooked Creek Outfitters has a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our lodge or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the owner for the operation and management of the lodge.

Crooked Creek Outfitters may refuse service or remove a guest: for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations; who acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests or is not in compliance with state liquor laws; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times; seeks to use the lodge for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the hotel: an unlawfully possessed firearm or an explosive, hazardous, or toxic substance; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to lodge property, staff, or guests; or refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by Crooked Creek Outfitters for the operation and management of the lodge.
